Here you will find a non-confidential summary of some of our key work and projects. Some of our work will not appear here due to our confidentiality agreements.
Marketing Support
We are currently working with MIMOSA to provide advice on marketing and business strategy. This includes market access, scientific and clinical affairs. We also write and produce some of their marketing and support collateral. This has included digital content and social media strategy.
Concept Creation and Support
Working with this group since 2008, we created the concept, business plan, entity, strategy and worked with the KOL to obtain significant funding. Once established we worked with the group to help with the initial growth phase. This included commercial development, partnerships and marketing support.
Scientific, Clinical and Business Support
Working with Swift Medical we provide business strategy advice and provided extensive scientific and clinical affairs support. One key element of this work was to increase the clinical knowledge and exposure of the staff. This was done through clinical visits using our extensive KOL network.
Strategy & Knowledge Translation
Working with this entity involved significant knowledge transfer from our work with the Welsh Initiative and also Wounds Canada. This involved writing business plans, strategic planning to develop and implement many of the shared initiatives.
Development Support
Working with Electric Effect to provide advice on marketing and business strategy. for the healthcare environment This included the development of several interactive healthcare communities. We also wrote and produced some of their marketing and support collateral. This included partner identification and management.
Strategic Support
Working with Wounds Canada for several decades we have advised on strategy, provided moderating services for customer focus groups, KOL advisory boards and also the creation of a charity arm of the entity. We continue to work with this group on both research projects and also continued moderation services.
Scientific, Clinical and Business Support
Working with Swift Medical we provided business strategy advice and provided extensive scientific and clinical affairs support. One key element of this work was to knowledge transfer between the parent company in the UK and the Canadian entity.
Strategy, Marketing, Knowledge Translation and Publication Writing
Working with this entity involved advising on strategy, design and creation of marketing materials, assist with knowledge translation of concepts and ideas. We also worked to help with publications and content creation. Our principal consultant also worked with this group to help create a charity arm and the digital collateral to highlight its activities.
